Hello, my name is Sean. I am a person-centred therapist based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Accredited by the National Counselling Society, I have experience in counselling adults and young people as well as 7 years’ experience supporting people with mental health difficulties.
I know that life can bring challenges that can be understood better through sharing with a skilled listener. I also know that it is very difficult to reach out and ask to be heard. Bearing this in mind, I offer a friendly, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can explore your emotions and experiences.
As an accredited member of National Counselling Society, I work in line with NCS ethical framework. I seek regular supervision and continuous professional development.
Qualification and experience:
Level 4 Diploma in Person Centred Counselling.
Level 2 Counselling Skills.
Behaviour Activation Practitioner.
Depending on your needs, I can offer:
- long or short-term therapy. I promise to put you first, which means that you can decide how long the therapy will last.
- regularly review of your therapeutic journey.
- face to face counselling in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
- online video sessions.
- over the telephone sessions.
“We think we listen, but very rarely do we listen with real understanding, true empathy. Yet listening, of this very special kind, is one of the most potent forces for change that I know.”
