About Me
Hello, my name is Sean. I am a person-centred therapist based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Accredited by the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, I have experience in counselling adults and young people as well as 11 years’ experience supporting people with mental health difficulties.
I know that life can bring challenges that can be understood better through sharing with a skilled listener. I also know that it is very difficult to reach out and ask to be heard. Bearing this in mind, I offer a friendly, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can explore your emotions and experiences.
As an accredited member of National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, I work in line with NCPS ethical framework. I seek regular supervision and continuous professional development.
Qualification and experience:
Level 4 Diploma in Person Centred Counselling.
Level 2 Counselling Skills.

“We think we listen, but very rarely do we listen with real understanding, true empathy. Yet listening, of this very special kind, is one of the most potent forces for change that I know.”
